Spice Route is a multi-experience wine and craft destination on the slopes of Paarl Mountain, pairing a working winery with an on-site brewery, gin and grappa distilleries, a chocolatier and restaurants. Wine tasting takes place in a rustic underground tasting room or outdoors under a pergola with views toward Table Mountain and the Simonsberg range. It functions more as a full-day family destination than a single tasting room.
