Rustenberg is a historic wine farm in Ida's Valley whose vineyards have been farmed by the same family since 1941, on land settled since the 17th century. The estate is known for its Chardonnay, Roussanne and Cabernet Sauvignon-based reds, tasted in a converted 19th-century wagon house surrounded by gardens and oak avenues. Tastings are limited to small groups and are best booked ahead.
