Noble Hill is a boutique wine estate on the slopes of the Simonsberg near Simondium, roughly equidistant from Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. Its tasting room pours estate-grown Bordeaux-style reds and Cape blends, and the on-site Cosecha restaurant serves Latin-American-inspired breakfast and lunch dishes. It is a smaller, more intimate stop on the greater Paarl wine route.
