Neethlingshof is a Cape Dutch estate on Polkadraai Road recognisable by the pine-lined avenue leading to its manor house. The cellar is particularly known for its Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and the flagship Short Story Cabernet-based blend, tasted in a dedicated wine centre with views over the vineyards toward Table Mountain.
