Fairview is a long-established, family-run Paarl wine and cheese farm best known for its Goat Tower, where Saanen goats climb a spiral tower on the property, and for its farmstead cheesery making goat's and cow's milk cheeses. Visitors can do guided wine and cheese pairings, self-guided cellar exploration, and eat at the on-site deli/restaurant. It is one of the most-visited stops on the Paarl wine route.
